Individual therapy: What to expect

Length: Online therapy sessions typically last about 50 minutes and occur weekly or bi-weekly via a private, secure telehealth video platform. More intensive therapy options are also available with longer session options and/or increased frequency.

Duration: Effective therapy might last anywhere from a few sessions to several years. Some specific therapy techniques are a set number of sessions, while others have a more flexible approach. We will access your progress and experience along the way to make adjustments so you can get the best results.

Getting started: I offer a free15-minute phone consultation to discuss your needs and options. In our initial sessions, we'll collaborate and determine a treatment plan for your unique needs.

Who I work with 

I work with smart, kind, capable people, who, despite their successes, are overwhelmed with anxiety and self-critical thoughts. People pleasers, over-workers, and caregivers who have no time for themselves. Who know there must be something more to life. We might be a good fit if you’re questioning the default dynamics in your life and motivated to create a more aligned path. We might be a good fit if you are:

Successful therapy

Successful Therapy helps you quiet the anxiety and self-critical voice so you can get back in touch with who you are. It creates more space for the parts of you that you don’t typically show to the world and connects you to your full humanity. It increases your ability to be present with your difficult emotions and also to find more lightness and joy. It brings you to feel more like “yourself,” even if that looks and feels more spacious and beautiful that you imagined. It helps you to identify and meet your own unique goals.
