FAQs

  • All psychotherapy sessions are provided online through a secure video telehealth platform. I provide a link, as well as a secure platform we can communicate through for scheduling, etc. Virtual care can be convenient and accessible to many of the busy folks that I work with. Online therapy works best when you have a comfortable, private place and you turn off other distractions, so we can just focus on you!

  • Initial Intake Session -$200

50 Minute Individual Psychotherapy Session - $200 *this is a standard therapy session and what most people are looking for, most of the time

75 Minute Individual Psychotherapy Session - $250 *this longer session is utilized on a case by case basis. For example, while engaging in a specific trauma focused treatment, you might opt in to a longer session for just 1 or 2 specific areas, while the rest of your sessions are a standard therapy hour. This would be one of the many options we’d explore!

You’re entitled to a good faith estimate of what your treatment will cost.

  • I’m credentialed to see Tennessee clients through Aetna.

I’m considered an out of network provider for other insurance companies and many will provide partial reimbursement for services. If this applies to you, you’re responsible for the initial payment and I can provide you with a superbill that outlines the services provided which you then submit to your insurance. It’s recommend that you reach out to your insurance company to confirm your out of network benefits.

  • Reach out to me via phone (615-669-7647‬) or the contact form. We can set up a free 15 minute consultation call to discuss your needs and answer any questions you have. If you’d rather jump into an appointment, we can schedule that as well. Either way, over our first sessions, we’ll get to know each other and I’ll gather information about your needs and goals. I’ll present you with different options and we’ll collaborate together on how to move forward.
